The
2009-10 Kick Off Dinner for the United Way of Grundy County
on August 12, 2009 was a resounding success! Nearly 250 people
gathered to celebrate how to LIVE UNITED in Grundy County. We
recognized our Leaders in Giving ($1,000), Pacesetters (companies
who met or exceeded last year’s campaign goals), partner agencies,
and corporate donors. Thanks to over 90 local businesses who
generously donated silent auction and raffle items. October
1, 2009 marks the official beginning of the 2009-10 campaign,
with a goal of $415,000, the largest in our history.
